General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use ("GTCU")

1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter “GTCU”) define the terms and conditions of use of the TipMee service, accessible via the website and mobile application (hereinafter “the Platform”). These conditions are established between the company hereinafter referred to as Jasper group corporation Ltd, in its capacity as host of the Tipmee service, and its customers (subscribing company and its employees) as well as the end users of the application.

TipMee enables customers of any brand to reward and evaluate their favorite customer service representatives with digital tips. The application is offered on a subscription basis to companies, based on credit packs corresponding to the number of QR codes subscribed monthly (1 QR code per employee).
By using TipMee, companies and employees unreservedly accept these GTCU, which comply with the regulations in force in the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom and other applicable jurisdictions.

2. Definitions

TipMee: The solution enabling customers to reward employees with digital tips and to evaluate their service.

User: Any person using the application, including customers, employees and companies.

Company: Any company subscribing to TipMee for its employees.

TipMee QR Code: Unique code assigned to each employee to receive tips and reviews.

3. Services provided

TipMee offers the following services:

Rewarding and evaluating employees via a system of digital tips left by customers.

Access to performance data for employees and their managers, in the form of a dashboard.

Management of financial transactions for employee tip payments.

4. Subscription and billing conditions

4.1. Subscription terms

Subscription to TipMee is offered to companies in the form of credit packs, corresponding to the number of QR codes subscribed monthly (1 QR code per employee).

4.2 Pricing

Subscription fee: Fixed monthly amount per QR code, detailed on the TipMee website.

Transaction fees: A percentage of 10% of the amount of tips collected is applied to cover financial costs.

4.3. Renewal and termination

The subscription is automatically renewed each month.

The company may cancel the subscription at any time with 30 days’ notice.

5. Data protection and confidentiality

5.1. Data collection and use

TipMee only collects data that is strictly necessary for the use of the service. This data is confidential and non-public, accessible only by the employee concerned and his or her superiors.

5.2. Compliance with regulations

TipMee complies with current legislation, in particular:

RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation – EU)

CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act – United States)

UK GDPR (Data Protection Regulations – United Kingdom)

5.3. Data security

TipMee implements advanced security protocols to protect users’ personal and financial information.

6. Responsibilities and obligations

6.1. User responsibilities

Companies and employees must provide accurate information and keep their account up to date.

Customers using TipMee agree to behave respectfully in their reviews.

6.2. TipMee’s responsibility

TipMee acts solely as an intermediary for the collection and distribution of tips. These tips are credited directly to the employee’s account without passing through Tipmee’s bank account.

5.3. Data security

TipMee implements advanced security protocols to protect users’ personal and financial information.

TipMee cannot be held responsible for interactions between customers and employees.

7. Terms of payment for tips

5.1. Data collection and use

Tips collected via TipMee are paid directly to employees via the payment methods defined on the application.

A processing delay may apply depending on the payment method selected.

Amounts collected may be subject to local taxation, which is the responsibility of the employee.

8. Modification of the GTCU

TipMee reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed of updates via the application and website.

9. Applicable law and settlement of disputes

These GTCU are governed by the laws in force in the European Union, the United States and the United Kingdom. Companies subscribing to the Tipmee service are solely responsible for complying with local employment law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement will be sought before any legal action is taken.
