Why we built it
Traditional feedback tools are too slow or too heavy for a frontline shift. TipMee is the scan: a free review of the person who served you, and an optional tip. Ratings and comments are what a manager can see today. AI reports that turn those reviews into coaching actions are in development, not live yet.
