All content available on TipMee (texts, images, logos, videos, design, database, software) is protected by intellectual property laws in force in the European Union, the United States and the United Kingdom. Any reproduction, distribution or modification of the content without written authorization is strictly prohibited. TipMee trademarks and logos are registered and protected; any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Protection of personal data

TipMee collects and processes personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations: the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in Europe, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for the United States, and the UK GDPR for the United Kingdom. TipMee collects only the information necessary for the proper operation of the service, including identification data (name, email, company), employment context, review content and transaction records. All data is stored securely. Identification data and transaction records are accessible to the person concerned and members of their organization. Employment context and review content form part of each professional’s public profile page and are visible to anyone. 4. Plans and fees

Access to TipMee is sold as a plan, billed monthly or annually. Pricing is detailed on the TipMee website. Transaction fees on tips, where applicable, are published on the pricing page; guest reviews are always free of charge.
